COMPLETE PROCESS FLOW
Design patterns using PS/AI/CDR and export to formats supported by RIP software.
Step 1
Design graphics
The printer prints the pattern (color+white) on PET transfer film.
Step 2
Printing
(3-10 minutes)
Automatic powder feeding, shaking, drying and solidification of the powder shaking machine.
Step 3
Shake powder+dry
(2-5 minutes)
After cooling, tear off the PET film and transfer the pattern perfectly onto the clothing.
Step 5
Peel off the film
Full process time: A 30cm x 30cm pattern takes about 10-15 minutes from printing to finished product.
Step 6
Finished product completed!
Hot stamping machine 180 ℃, pressure 4-5kg, time 15 seconds hot stamping.
Step 4
Hot press transfer printing
(15-20 seconds)
